Through a direct connection to the Wealth Platform and/or the CRM of the advisor, the Agent ingests the client information to ensure consistent and substantive client-facing materials are produced.

Through leveraging generative AI within the Agent, the data held on these systems is greatly enriched and transformed into an asset for the firm. For example, the advisor could prompt the Agent to “send a list of every client I have not had an interaction with within the last month. Then send an email to these clients to set up an appointment.” No human capital is needed to scrape through the data and take time to draft emails - they can focus on complex revenue-enhancing tasks.
