The Commercial Loan Agent is built specifically to enhance the processing efforts of the credit team at any lending institution. Through a chat-based interface that is directly accessible through your organization’s current operating systems (CRM, LOS, etc.), underwriting and processing teams can easily produce deal summaries, collect supplementary documentation, and write credit authorization memos simply by asking the agent to do so.

Built on the Uptiq AI Workbench, the agent is customizable to your own data, documentation, and credit policy. Through the Uptiq Data Gateway, we can connect to client’s financial software tools, and integrate to your tech stack to execute your unique credit workflows. Leveraging these connections, the agent gathers, reviews, and organizes critical financial data just as a credit officer typically would. Additionally, the workbench will ingest your credit procedures and copies of previous memos to ensure that policy is reviewed and language is mirrored in the final outputs of the actions.
